Kristin Jurkscheit, Executive Director
Kristin became the first Executive Director of the TACF in 2019. After the global pandemic caused an industry-wide shutdown, Kristin pivoted and created a Speakers Series for the TACF conductors that featured leaders from across the sector and globe and it provided a space for the conductors to come together and form a strong community. She has expanded programs including: the TACF Mentoring Program sponsored by the Sherman Family Foundation; partnerships with the Reno Philharmonic, the KwaZulu-Natal Philharmonic Orchestra and the Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra (NOSPR); an apprenticeship with the Richmond Symphony Orchestra; world commissions; and, an annual international conference. At the forefront of Kristin’s tenure is securing the future of the TACF in perpetuity. Overseeing the Campaign for the Future, the TACF has raised $7 Million of their $8 Million goal.

C.E.A Scholtes & Associates was established by Chris Scholtes in September 2002. The firm of over 25 employees specializes in servicing middle-market and emerging businesses, international businesses and non-profit organizations. The firm is predominantly centered around providing many types of accounting services including – back office remote and on-site accounting, part-time or interim CFO services, cash flow analysis, and much more. In addition, they perform audits and attest engagements such as reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures.
Website Development
Teresa Hurley has been an intricate part of the TACF since 2012. She has provided website development and logo design since being introduced to the TACF by the late Board Member, Kati Guerra.
Advisors
Elizabeth M. Williams is an Advancement Professional, Board Member, author and artist. She joined the TACF in 2025 and provides philanthropic and marketing insights and assistance.
