Holly Mathieson, one of our Fellowship’s 2013 Honorable Mention winners, reports that she has just returned to Europe after sell-out concerts with New Zealand’s Southern Sinfonia. She is about to take up one of two coveted Leverhulme Conducting Fellowships at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. The post includes mentoring from Scotland’s preeminent conductors, and includes assisting and performance opportunities at BBCScottish Symphony, Scottish National Opera and Red Note Ensemble.
